Eurozone looks to stamp out ’scandalous’ golden handshakes

Eurozone finance ministers are considering ways of discouraging "scandalous" excesses in executive pay, including by closing loopholes for golden hand-shakes, Eurogroup chairman Jean-Claude Juncker said Tuesday.
